The ARROW II universal prosthesis has been developed by Dr. Philippe Valenti and Dr. Jean-David Werthel based on the ARROW lateralized Shoulder System. The design of the new universal prosthesis has been slightly improved and more options have been added. In particular an option to medialize/distalize the humeral insert for very small patients has been added.
It can be used in combination with the pre-op planing platform e-ORTHO.
The surgeon said “I am happy as well as the patients. With the ARROW prosthesis the patients seem to have a better inner/outer rotation”.
