Baby Gorilla® 5th Metatarsal Plating System

• 1 avulsion hook plate
• 1 Jones hook plate
• 1 Jones non-hooked compression plate

This system includes instrumentation such as templates and tamps allowing optimal plate placement to help seat hooks if needed for reduced prominence, and to ensure hook engagement with bone.

Baby Gorilla® Akin Plates

• 1 2-hole locking plate
• 1 2-hole compression plate
• 1 3-hole plate

Both 2-hole plates have an extended bridge to ensure clearance across the osteotomy. The 3-hole plate is anatomically designed and contoured around the medial aspect of the hallux.

Baby Gorilla® Cuboid Plates

• 2 plates (7- and 8-hole)

The unique plate design and screw hole placement of these plates are based around common cuboid fracture patterns and allow for variability when placing the plate screws.

Baby Gorilla® Navicular Plates

• 2 medium plates
• 2 large plates

The unique hole placement on the plates were designed around fracture patterns commonly seen in navicular fractures and include a dorsal tab that can be wrapped around the dorsal aspect of the Navicular for optimal fit.

Baby Gorilla® Talar Neck Plates

These plates were designed to match the unique curvature and anatomy of the talar neck.

Baby Gorilla® L-Plates

• 5 locking straight plates
• 4 compression straight plates
• 4 locking oblique plates
• 8 compression oblique plates

Totaling 21 plates, ranging from 5-hole to 17-hole options, these plates address proximal and base metatarsal fractures and/or osteotomies, as well as medial column arthrodesis, Lapidus arthrodesis, and Lisfranc arthrodesis.

Varying in lengths from 30-136 mm, the Straight Plates are available for use in a variety of applications.

Baby Gorilla® T-Plates

• 7 locking straight plates

• 2 locking oblique plates

These plates were designed to provide minimal or expansive coverage depending on their application. They were developed for ease of use during Lisfranc and Lapidus arthrodesis procedures, metatarsal fractures and osteotomies, and metatarsal-cuneiform articulations.

Baby Gorilla® Y-Plates

• 3 double ended Y-plates
• 2 single ended locking plates
• 2 single ended compression plates

These plates were designed to span over multiple areas from forefoot to hindfoot. The smaller 7-hole Y-Plates are offered with and without compression slots to ease 1st TMT procedures. Larger options, such as the double ended 18-hole locking plate, were designed to span the 4th and 5th metatarsal to the calcaneus.

Baby Gorilla® Zig Zag Plates

• 4 plates

Offered in a 5, 7, 11 and 19-hole configuration, the Zig Zag plates can be used in a variety of indications including revisions, fractures, osteotomies and fusions.
